SPECTRE is offering a limited number of sponsorships to North American paintball teams for the 2016 season. As we have grown to participate in many different facets of paintball, we believe that it is important to encourage continued growth of the sport by involving as many players as possible, from all backgrounds.
In 2016, our mission is to recognize paintball teams that share the same goals by promoting and facilitating their play as much as possible. We have always held ourselves to high standards in the sport paintball, and by providing direct support to other teams who hold the same standards, we can ensure that the sport is carried into the future by those willing to consistently promote it in a positive light.
Our intent is to find teams that are actively scheduled and attending events, as well as promoting through social media and other channels. Whether teams do this through aggregate or through a team photographer or media rep matter less than the end goal; that they are promoting both their team and the sport in a positive light. These teams will participate directly in our 2016 promotional events and receive many of the same benefits that the SPECTRE factory team receives.
Since its beginnings, SPECTRE's factory grown has grown around a foundation of hard-charging, honest play, with equal doses of cunning, chaos, and an endurance matched by none. The team's "First on the field, last off" approach has stymied opponents since it began in 2006. This is a playstyle that frequently puts SPECTRE in the spotlight, enabling them to use that position to promote the value of an effective team to those inside the sport and out.
With a schedule that continues to expand domestically and internationally, SPECTRE is looking to move into its second decade by welcoming a small number of new members to the roster. Experience is not nearly as necessary as will to learn and drive to be better than the best.
Team members will be expected to attend a minimum number of events, which include both on and off field responsibilities such as retail events, team building adventures, and scenario production.
A lengthy trial period will lead to the welcoming of new members with full benefits by mid-2017.
